Refund Policy
Xike Corporation Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Xike", "we", "us", or “our”), is managing and operating the website [insert URL here] and the corresponding mobile and tablet applications thereof (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”) through which it inter alia offers various retail solutions, facilitates the online sale and purchase of a diverse range of products and services listed on the Platforms from time to time (“Products & Services”) to the users of the Platforms (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
The Terms and Conditions published on the Platforms shall be read by reference here. Any refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
By agreeing to use the Platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platforms and forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms.
Xike reserves the right to alter and enforce this Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that governs your refund for the purchases made on the Platform. Such policy changes shall majorly have prospective effect and not retrospective effect unless otherwise specified herein. It is recommended that every time you wish to use the Platforms for purchases, please check the Policy to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time when you are making the purchase using the Platform. Xike may at its sole discretion notify the Users of any change in the Policy by posting a notice on the homepage of the Platform.
Please be informed that any refund shall be subject to verification and assessment by Xike of the reason for refund. No replacement/refund/or any other resolution will be provided without Merchant's/store(s)' permission.
All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received unless refunds have been provided to the User in the form of credits refund amount will reflect in User's account based on respective banks policies. Refunds shall be processed by us through normal banking channels except in cases where a User had utilized his/her Xike Wallet created on the Platform for the purchase or the Products and Services through the Platform (hereinafter called “Wallet”). The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or the Wallet as may be chosen by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions. Where a User had utilized his/her Wallet for payment towards the purchased Products and Services Xike shall process all refunds only into such User's Wallet. All refunds except for refund to Wallet shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User's bank.
We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you within 7-10 (seven to ten) business days of us approving the refund subject to the terms of this Policy depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we will gladly help you. Alternatively, at your option, the said amount can be credited to your Wallet which can be used for your subsequent purchases of Products and Services on the Platforms.
Xike shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User's account on the Platforms, registered mobile number, and registered email address. Xike disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund due to any technical reason beyond the control of Xike.
In case where Merchant is either unable to accept the order or complete the purchases or cancels the order due to reasons including without limitation technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered or any other reason attributable to Xike and/or Merchant. In such cases and if the order is cancelled after payment has been charged, User shall be eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to User.
In order to process refunds, the User will be required to send an email to Xike at: [insert email here]. Thereafter, the User's refund request will be processed.
