Today's shop floor: output, yield and downtime for every line, with an open breakdown

Example plant.

From the shop floor

Supervisors speak. Xike keeps the register.

“Line 2 band, motor kharab” becomes a downtime entry and a maintenance request. “Line 1, 352 done, 18 scratch” becomes output and rejects. Xike reads it back before saving.

Each line's output against plan, yield, rejects and time stopped

The numbers, without the spreadsheet

Plan vs actual, every shift.

Output against plan, first-pass yield and downtime by line and machine. OEE where you've entered planned time and the ideal rate, and a note of what's missing where you haven't.

Plan vs actualBy line, shift and product
DowntimeBy reason, with breakdowns sent to maintenance

Materials

See where materials go missing.

Your bill of materials, set up from a sheet or by message. Stores issues are checked against good output, so extra parts show up in pieces and in money, every week.

Material variance: parts issued to the lines against what output explains, in pieces and money

Factory and shops, connected

Make it in your plant. Sell it in your shops.

Run a central kitchen, a bakery unit or a factory behind your own stores? Connect them in one message, and Xike does the rest.

  1. Shops order from your plant, and running low sends a reorder on its own.
  2. The plant dispatches from what it made, with the right GST invoice or challan.
  3. Shops count it in, and it's ready to sell.
  4. Ask across all of it: “Which store wastes the most of what we make?”
